In this podcast, we speak with Chris Ekron.

Chris is currently the Head of Sports Performance and Wellness and Bishops College, Cape Town, where he has developed a sports program designed to balance the pressures of student-athlete life.

A specialist in Youth Development, Chris is also the founder of Athlete Performance Mentorships which supports student-athletes to high performance through mentorship, management, and sports education.

Throughout this podcast, we discuss the pressures facing our student-athletes and how we can balance sports performance and student wellness by taking a 'winning the moment' approach to sport, rather than focusing on the outcomes.

Join us in this insightful interview as we learn from Chris Ekron.
