Lesson Overview

The speed of the dribble used depends on the situation on the court, with faster dribbles allowing more control and faster reactions, and slower dribbles allowing faster running speeds. This lesson will teach students to use different dribbling speeds and to quickly stop by introducing the jump-stop and stride-stop.
