Lesson Overview

Receiving the ball in the post creates scoring opportunities close to the basket. When this is not possible, offensive movement helps to break down the defence to create scoring opportunities. This lesson will introduce passing into and out of the ‘post’ position, as well as introduce movement around the 3-point line.
