Phil's contribution to Physical Education extend across a wide range of platforms as he shares his 20 years of experience as a director of sport across a number of countries through his writes for a number of well-know platforms and organisations.
Throughout the podcast, we discussed how we might define happiness for the students and staff we work with and how we can develop an environment of praise to inspire all of our students to find a love for sport.
