Dance Lesson: Retrograde
Retrograde is the performance of a movement sequence that has previously been executed but in reverse. This creates familiarity for the audience whilst also giving variety to create a more interesting choreography. In this lesson, students will use retrograde to choreograph a longer dance routine.

Duets are choreographed pieces performed by two dancers and are used to showcase the connection and chemistry between the dancers. This lesson will provide students with the opportunity to develop a Latin dance with a partner.
