Michael is currently the Director of Sport at MISK Schools in Saudi Arabia, where he is developing their sports pathways amongst some of the best school sport facilities in the work.
With experience in leading schools across Asia and the Middle East over the past 15+ years, Michael has developed a number of academy pathways aimed at providing an introduction to a broad range of sports, whilst also providing opportunities for students to follow their passions and fulfil their elite aspirations through working with local clubs and national governing bodies to create elite pathways.

Martin Brockman is Director of Brockman Athletics, providing teacher training and track and field teaching resources for schools around the world. Representing Great Britain in the decathlon for almost a decade, Martin achieved a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Dehli, 2010. On retiring from his international career, he moved to the world-leading Aspire Academy in Qatar as the Head of Athlete Development where he designed and implemented the academy athletics program from talent identification through to international athletics.
