Lesson Overview
Balance in Gymnastics is the ability to maintain a stable body position whilst working on a variety of body parts. This lesson will focus on a variety of large and small body part balances and also create a sequence as an individual and with a partner.

As an International Performance Coach, Category 1 Judge with the Federation of International Gymnastics, and as recipient of the National Award for services to Coach Education by British Gymnastics, there are few coaches with greater experience in their sport.
