Lesson Overview

Travelling in gymnastics can be simple, or combine a variety of actions to make the travel more complex. The lesson will focus on consolidating previous knowledge of travel, whilst allowing students to progress through a variety of challenges to provide opportunities to explore their creativity.

Gymnastics Lesson: Whole Class Balance

Balances with large groups can be challenging, but is a fun and creative way to demonstrate a groups gymnastic ability. It also helps to develop a number of social skills, such as communication, cooperation, teamwork and leadership. This lesson will focus on creating a half and full class balance.
