Lesson Overview
Pressing zonally allows the defending team to apply pressure on the attacking team in a coordinated and strategic manner and helps to disrupt the flow of the game and regain possession of the ball. Students will learn about zonal marking and how to work together in defence to stop the attack and regain possession of the ball.
