Lesson Overview
After attacking on the right side, the ball is likely to be received across the body from the right side. Players therefore need to be able to use a left-hand side receive to take control of the ball. Students will learn to perform the left-hand side receive and use the skill in a game scenario as they are introduced to the rules of the 16.
