After a teaching career spanning almost three decades, Nigel is now the Chairperson of the International Physical Literacy Association.
Throughout this time, his practical teaching experience working across primary and secondary schools, as well as as a lecturer in higher education at Liverpool John Moores University, have given him a unique view of the evolution of Physical Education curricula.
Since discovered the concept of Physical Literacy in 2010, Nigel has been an advocate for a holistic approach to PE and has shared his vision for Physical Literacy in countries all over the world.

Martin Brockman
Director of Performance Pathways
Martin Brockman is Director of Brockman Athletics, providing teacher training and track and field teaching resources for schools around the world. Representing Great Britain in the decathlon for almost a decade, Martin achieved a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Dehli, 2010. On retiring from his international career, he moved to the world-leading Aspire Academy in Qatar as the Head of Athlete Development where he designed and implemented the academy athletics program from talent identification through to international athletics.
