In this podcast, we speak with Clark McCallum.

Clark is currently the Head of PE at Wellington College, Hangzhou, China, where he is taking a people-first approach to PE to new levels.

Having specialised in disability sport and set up a disability cricket club in hist home town, Clark then trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming before starting The Futures Life Coach project which supports young people in difficult circumstances to become leaders in their community.

His passion for sport, combined with his drive to support the development of youths led him to pursue a career in physical education where he's created a people-first program designed to develop core values, leadership, and confidence in not only his students, but the staff he leads and across his school.
