Clark is currently the Head of PE at Wellington College, Hangzhou, China, where he is taking a people-first approach to PE to new levels.
Having specialised in disability sport and set up a disability cricket club in hist home town, Clark then trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming before starting The Futures Life Coach project which supports young people in difficult circumstances to become leaders in their community.
His passion for sport, combined with his drive to support the development of youths led him to pursue a career in physical education where he's created a people-first program designed to develop core values, leadership, and confidence in not only his students, but the staff he leads and across his school.

Martin Brockman is Director of Brockman Athletics, providing teacher training and track and field teaching resources for schools around the world. Representing Great Britain in the decathlon for almost a decade, Martin achieved a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Dehli, 2010. On retiring from his international career, he moved to the world-leading Aspire Academy in Qatar as the Head of Athlete Development where he designed and implemented the academy athletics program from talent identification through to international athletics.
