Lesson Overview
After a tackle, when the ball is on the ground, both teams come together in a ruck to compete for possession of the ball. It is a key aspect of the game and often involves physicality and strategy to gain control of the ball. In this lesson, students will develop confidence in 3v3 contact scenarios to gain possession of the ball.
