Lesson Overview
Fast ball handling skills allow players to quickly move the ball around the field to avoid tackles and to create opportunities to score. It also helps to outmaneuver the opposing team’s defense and maintain control of the game. In this lesson, students will develop their passing and catching skills to quickly pass the ball between attackers.
