Lesson Overview
Shadow movements refer to the technique of mirroring the movements of an attacking player, allowing defenders to anticipate and react quickly to the attacking player’s movements, and preventing them from scoring. In this lesson, students will learn to shadow an attackers’ movement and to close down space during an attack.
