Lesson Overview

Spatial awareness is the ability to understand and anticipate the positioning of players on the field and allows players to find gaps to exploit, creating scoring opportunities for their team. This lesson will develop student’s spatial awareness on the rugby field and encourage them to identify the best space to attack.
