Here's what great teacher's know...
1. You can’t make everyone a champion. We need to ask who our PE program is for.
2. The best programs have a reason for being there. “What is our PE program for?” should form the foundation of the program.
3. Our students are not like us. They all have their own unique relationship with sport and trying to persuade them to see sport like we do is foolish.
4. We can align our students around shared philosophies if we can find out what drives them as individuals.
5. What we say about our program isn’t nearly as important as what our students say about it.
