Lesson Overview
The ball spike is a powerful downward hit of the ball towards the opponent’s court. It is used to score points and requires good timing, technique, and coordination. In this lesson students will learn how to perform an attack using a ‘tip’ or ‘roll’ over the net from a 2-foot jump.
