Volleyball Lesson: Block Angles

In this lesson, students will develop their ability to read the attacker’s intent and choose a specific blocking strategy — either blocking the line or the diagonal. This requires precise jump timing, clear communication with teammates, and an understanding of how to coordinate front-court and backcourt defence.
