Volleyball Lesson: Feed and Catch

In this lesson, players will focus on moving to reach the “catching point” and feeding the ball with a controlled rainbow trajectory. Players will learn to adjust their positioning to meet the ball early and use a smooth, upward motion to deliver accurate feeds that simulate a forearm pass.
