Feeding in volleyball refers to setting the ball to a teammate for them to attack. It requires precise placement and timing to give the hitter the best chance of scoring a point. This lesson players will learn how to feed the ball with a ‘rainbow’ trajectory to simulate the forearm pass and be introduced to the self-volley.
