Lesson Overview
This lesson introduces students to Bridge Pose as a key backbend that strengthens the legs, glutes, and core while gently opening the chest and spine. Students will explore both supported and active versions of the pose, learning how to check their alignment, and understand how backbends can build strength, flexibility, and focus.
