Lesson Overview
This lesson introduces students to gentle backbends through Cat–Cow, helping them explore how the spine moves when it arches and rounds. Students will learn how to connect breath with spinal movement and will understand how controlled movement and breathing can help keep the spine flexible and relaxed.
