Lesson Overview
This lesson introduces students to the foundations of standing balance in yoga through Mountain Pose and Tree Pose. Students will explore how their body feels when still, stable, and aligned, learning to stand tall like a mountain before growing into a tree to be able to move confidently between stillness and balance.
