This lesson introduces students to Ujjayi breathing. Students will then learn how Ujjayi breath can lengthen the breath, steady the mind, and support movement in yoga sequences, and will understand how this breathing technique can help improve focus, emotional control, and calm during both yoga and everyday challenges.
